In this talk, Tuhin will explore why being cited by AI systems is no longer enough. He will reveal how AI models interpret brand signals, connect evidence, form conclusions, and decide which businesses to trust, recommend, or overlook.

Getting Cited Is the Easy Part: How to Change What AI Actually Says About You
Everyone's counting citations. Almost nobody has checked what AI actually says about them once they're in the answer, and being described as the cheap alternative can be worse than being left out.
In this talk, Jonathan will show how to measure the exact words AI uses about a brand across four AI platforms, and how to change them. Real client data, the three moves that worked, and the claims that backfired.

What a billion sources teach us about getting mentioned & cited in AI
We analysed over a billion sources and citations from our database to work out how AEO actually works, and it turns out to be a game with rules you can learn. Every AI citation is one of two things: owned media (a page you publish) or earned media (a third party citing you). That is the board. There are about six answer engines, and each reads from a different web (Claude uses Brave, ChatGPT and Gemini lean on Google, Copilot on Bing), so you are not playing one game but a handful, and it changes by industry. Once you see the board, the moves are learnable and repeatable: a few plays to win owned, a few to win earned, and you know you are winning when your citation frequency climbs, how often AI actually cites you. This talk teaches the room the rules, in the language they already use, proves them at a scale nobody else has, and shows them how to check their own score before they leave.
